Neirlab Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates Baseet World (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: any information you enter about your child stays on your device, we show no ads, and we never sell or share your data.
1 Information We Collect
We do not require an account to play. Apart from the newsletter address a parent may choose to give us (Section 3), the anonymous usage analytics below are the only information that reaches us — and we receive no personally identifiable information about your child at all. To understand how the app is used and to make it better, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This includes: in-app activity (such as which games are opened and completed), a randomly generated app-instance identifier that is not linked to your child's name or identity, and an approximate, country-level location derived from your device's IP address (the IP address is used only to determine the country and is then discarded). We have disabled advertising-ID collection and ad personalization.
2 Our Website
This website — the pages you are reading now — is separate from the app, and we measure it separately. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about visits: which pages are opened, how a visitor arrived (from a search engine or a social post, for example), whether the "download the app" button was pressed, an approximate country-level location derived from the IP address, and the general type of device and browser. To tell one visit from another, Google Analytics stores a cookie in your browser containing a randomly generated identifier. That identifier is not linked to your name, your email address, or your child, and we never use it to build a profile of you or to show advertising. The website collects nothing whatsoever about children — this page is written for parents, not for them. If you are visiting from the EEA or the UK, analytics stays switched off until you agree to it: a short bar at the bottom of the page asks, and no analytics cookie is stored unless you accept. If you would rather not be counted, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on; the site works exactly the same either way.
3 Your Email Address (Newsletter)
Both the app and this website offer an optional newsletter, so a parent can hear about new games and updates. This is the one place where we ask for something that identifies a person, and it is entirely voluntary — nothing needs it, and everything works the same if you skip it.
If you subscribe, the address is sent to our own endpoint and stored in a mailing list held by Brevo, our email provider, who processes it on our behalf and under our instructions. We use it only to send Baseet updates. We never advertise other companies' products in it, and we never sell, rent, or pass the address to anyone else. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that removes the address from the list in one click, and you can also write to us and we will delete it. A copy of the address is kept in your browser or on your device so the form can recognise you next time; clearing your browser data (or the app's storage) removes that local copy.
Please use a parent's own email address. The newsletter is written for parents, and we ask that children do not subscribe.
4 Information Stored on Your Device
To make the experience personal, a parent can create a child profile inside the app — the child's name, date of birth, gender, and a chosen avatar. This information is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, it is not included in the anonymous analytics described above, and you can change or delete it at any time from within the app. Because it never leaves your device, we never see it.
5 How We Use This Data
We use this anonymous data only for analytics: to see how many children use a feature, measure whether they come back, diagnose and fix problems, and decide which new games to build. We do not use it for advertising, we do not use it to track users across other apps or websites, and it is never linked to your child's identity.
6 Log Data
In the case of an error in the app, we may also collect data called Log Data, which can include information such as your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, and the time and date of the error. This is used only to diagnose and fix crashes.
7 Children's Privacy
Our Service is designed for children aged 3–8, and we are committed to protecting their privacy in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. We do not collect children's personal information on our servers; any profile details a parent chooses to enter stay on the device (see Section 4). The anonymous analytics described above contain no personal identifiers and cannot be used to identify or contact any child. The only identifying information we ever receive is a newsletter address, which we ask parents — not children — to give us (see Section 3). We show no advertising of any kind.
8 Data Sharing and Retention
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own use. We rely on two service providers, both processing data on our behalf and under our instructions: Google, for the anonymous analytics described in Sections 1 and 2, and Brevo, for the newsletter mailing list described in Section 3. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted; a newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it.
9 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

1 المعلومات التي نجمعها

2 موقعنا الإلكتروني
هذا الموقع — الصفحات التي تقرأها الآن — منفصل عن التطبيق، ونقيسه بشكل منفصل. نستخدم Google Analytics لجمع إحصاءات مجهولة ومجمّعة عن الزيارات: الصفحات التي تُفتَح، وكيف وصل الزائر (من محرّك بحث أو من منشور على وسائل التواصل مثلًا)، وما إذا كان زر «حمّل التطبيق» قد نُقر عليه، وموقعًا تقريبيًا على مستوى الدولة يُستنتَج من عنوان IP، ونوع الجهاز والمتصفّح بشكل عام. وللتمييز بين زيارة وأخرى، يحفظ Google Analytics ملف تعريف ارتباط (cookie) في متصفّحك يحتوي على مُعرّف عشوائي. ولا يرتبط هذا المُعرّف باسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو بطفلك، ولا نستخدمه أبدًا لبناء ملف عنك أو لعرض إعلانات. ولا يجمع الموقع أي شيء إطلاقًا عن الأطفال — فهذه الصفحة مكتوبة للآباء والأمهات لا لهم. وإذا كنت تزور الموقع من المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو المملكة المتحدة، فتبقى التحليلات معطّلة إلى أن توافق عليها: يسألك شريط صغير أسفل الصفحة، ولا يُحفَظ أي ملف تعريف ارتباط تحليلي ما لم تقبل. وإذا كنت تفضّل ألّا تُحتسَب ضمن الإحصاءات، يمكنك حظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط من إعدادات متصفّحك أو تثبيت إضافة إلغاء التفعيل من Google؛ والموقع يعمل بالطريقة نفسها في الحالتين.
3 بريدك الإلكتروني (النشرة البريدية)
يوفّر كلٌّ من التطبيق وهذا الموقع نشرة بريدية اختيارية، ليتابع الوالدان أخبار الألعاب الجديدة والتحديثات. وهذا هو الموضع الوحيد الذي نطلب فيه معلومة تُعرّف بشخص، وهو اختياري تمامًا — لا شيء يتطلّبه، وكل شيء يعمل كما هو إن تجاوزته.
إذا اشتركت، يُرسَل البريد الإلكتروني إلى نقطة الاستقبال الخاصة بنا ويُحفَظ في قائمة بريدية لدى Brevo، مزوّد خدمة البريد لدينا، الذي يعالجه نيابةً عنا ووفق تعليماتنا. ونستخدمه فقط لإرسال أخبار «بسيط». ولا نعلن فيه أبدًا عن منتجات شركات أخرى، ولا نبيع العنوان أو نؤجّره أو نمرّره لأي جهة. وتحتوي كل رسالة نرسلها على رابط لإلغاء الاشتراك يزيل العنوان من القائمة بنقرة واحدة، ويمكنك أيضًا مراسلتنا لنحذفه. كما تُحفَظ نسخة من العنوان في متصفّحك أو على جهازك ليتذكّرك النموذج في المرة القادمة، ومسح بيانات المتصفّح (أو تخزين التطبيق) يزيل هذه النسخة المحلية.
نرجو استخدام البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بأحد الوالدين. فالنشرة مكتوبة للآباء والأمهات، ونرجو ألّا يشترك فيها الأطفال.
4 المعلومات المخزّنة على جهازك
لجعل التجربة شخصية، يمكن لأحد الوالدين إنشاء ملف تعريف للطفل داخل التطبيق — اسم الطفل، وتاريخ ميلاده، وجنسه، وصورة رمزية مختارة. تُخزَّن هذه المعلومات على جهازك فقط. ولا تُرسَل إلينا أو إلى أي طرف آخر أبدًا، وليست جزءًا من البيانات التحليلية المجهولة الموضّحة أعلاه، ويمكنك تعديلها أو حذفها في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. ولأنها لا تغادر جهازك، فإننا لا نطّلع عليها إطلاقًا.
5 كيف نستخدم هذه البيانات
نستخدم هذه البيانات المجهولة لأغراض التحليل فقط: لمعرفة عدد الأطفال الذين يستخدمون ميزةً ما، وقياس مدى عودتهم للّعب، وتشخيص المشكلات وإصلاحها، وتحديد الألعاب الجديدة التي سنبنيها. ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا لتتبّع المستخدمين عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى، ولا تُربَط أبدًا بهوية طفلك.
6 بيانات السجلّ
عند حدوث خطأ في التطبيق، قد نجمع أيضًا بيانات تُسمى "بيانات السجلّ"، وقد تتضمن معلومات مثل عنوان IP لجهازك، واسم الجهاز، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وإعدادات التطبيق، ووقت وتاريخ حدوث الخطأ. ويُستخدَم ذلك فقط لتشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها.
7 خصوصية الأطفال
خدمتنا مُصمّمة للأطفال من عمر 3 إلى 8 سنوات، ونحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتهم بما يتوافق مع قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت (COPPA) وسياسة العائلات في Google Play. لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية عن الأطفال على خوادمنا؛ وأي تفاصيل يُدخلها أحد الوالدين في ملف التعريف تبقى على الجهاز (انظر القسم 4). والبيانات التحليلية المجهولة الموضّحة أعلاه لا تتضمن أي مُعرّفات شخصية ولا يمكن استخدامها للتعرّف على أي طفل أو التواصل معه. والمعلومة الوحيدة المُعرِّفة التي تصل إلينا هي بريد النشرة، ونطلب أن يقدّمه الوالدان لا الأطفال (انظر القسم 3). ولا نعرض أي إعلانات من أي نوع.
8 مشاركة البيانات والاحتفاظ بها
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لاستخدامها الخاص. ونعتمد على مزوّدَي خدمة اثنين، يعالج كلٌّ منهما البيانات نيابةً عنا ووفق تعليماتنا: Google، للبيانات التحليلية المجهولة الموضّحة في القسمين 1 و2، وBrevo، للقائمة البريدية الموضّحة في القسم 3. ويُحتفَظ بالبيانات التحليلية لمدة تصل إلى 14 شهرًا تُحذَف بعدها تلقائيًا، أما بريد النشرة فيبقى إلى أن تلغي اشتراكك أو تطلب منا حذفه.
